Yes you can do M.tech in Aerospace Engineering. There are more than 20 colleges in India including IITs and NITs that provides you this course. You can go for the suitable college and for that you need to score well in GATE for applying into the IITs and NITs.

The softwares that are to be learned by an aerospace engineer are as follows:-

1. MATLAB: Basic programming purpose
2. CAD softwares like Solidworks, Unigraphics, ProEngineer, Catia, AutoCad to create and design things.
