Sorry but with such less percentile, you cannot be able to pursue B.SC Agriculture, although you are from SC category. Had you had scored within 18000, we could have been able to take you into consideration whether you will be able to get selected or not. Estimating based on the performance in the exam and the cutoff from the last year, you failed to secure in the qualifying range. No worries, you can try out your luck in next time or if you do not want to drop, then you can go for private institutes offering the course of your choice.

Chances are there you may be able to get a seat in agriculture but getting the college as per your choice seems to be a bit difficult as the cutoff varies year wise and also from college to college. Yes of course, you are eligible to apply for JNUEE and can get admission to MA Political Science offered by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) if you satisfy the given eligibility criteria. See as per the eligibility criteria for admission to MA programs " The candidates should possess a graduate degree in the specialization that they choose or equivalent from a recognized board or university with 50% minimum marks. " Now if you are eligible for MA program then you have to appear for JNUEE which is the entrance examination for MA programs and to apply for JNUEE you will need the following documents :-
