Saveetha School of Engineering is a private constituent college under Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai . The college dont offers the course of BTech CSE with AI & ML instead it offers the course of B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineering , B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Engineering which is a 4 years course and there are 60 seats corresponding to the course.
The college is well reviewed by the student studying there in terms of the academic qualification and infrastructure. The placement ratio are moderate but are good for the CSE and its related branches. so if you wish, you can take admission to the course offered by the institute.

Hi,
Dr.MGR educational and research institute located in Chennai is one othe old college, established in year 1988. It is approved by UGC,Union Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Government of India. It offers various courses on UG, PG, Ph.d and Diploma.
To get admission in to the college, one needs to get suitable rank in an entrance test MGR Engineering Entrance Examination (MGREEE
The courses it offers are B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MBBS, MDS and Ph.d. The fees for the first year is around 80000 INR. Since college is old, you will experience a decent college life with good placements.
Vels institute of science and technology is a private college established in year 1992. It is also located in Chennai and offers Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctoral courses.
The first year fees is around 2 Lakh INR. The placement records are decent and you will experience an average college life.
I will suggest you to go for Dr. MGR institute as it is a old college. It is also a private college but fees is very decent for the courses it offers.
As you are interested in B.Tech with Artificial Intelligence. It is available with computer science branch. The AI/ML branch is more focused machine learning and it's techniques while AI/DS is more focused on Data Science. Data science is somewhat more vast than machine learning as you will have statistics in depth on your mathematics syllabus. It is the branch for those interested to become a data scientist in future.
While Machine Learning involved one to understand many algorithms available inthe market. In this field, the mathematics do not have as much statistics as DS but logic building courses are included for understanding the algorithms.
I suggest you to go for one, which interest you more either statistics (DS) or algorithms (ML).
Thank you?
The answer is straightforward. If you like the intelligence part of computers and machine building, then you should opt for AI, but if you are keener in the conceptual studies about computers and their models, then you must definitely opt for CSE as the future. CSE vs CSE (AI and ML) which is better: AI has better scope than CSE. First of all AI and ML are artificial intelligence and Machine learning which is a specialization under the computer science and engineering branch. So, by default, you can judge that any expertise would benefit you more than simple CSE. If you are interested in any such field then you can go for it. It will just improve your mastering and ability. There are some other specializations like cloud computing, ethical hacking, internet of things.
Hope this helps!
Hii,
Most of the colleges these days are providing degree in btech with ai and ml to increase the number of seats. along with the top colleges to non popular college, btech with AI and ML is present. Given below are the names of some best colleges that provide Btech AIML;
Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi
Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad
SRM Institute of Science and Technology
Vellore Institute of Technology
DY Patil International University
Jain University
Sri Ramaswamy Memorial Institute of Science and Technology (SRM) University
These are some very good colleges that provides btech with aiml. Hope the provided information helps. For more queries please reach us.
Thank You!
In current scenarios, I would suggest you to go with Mechatronics rather than AI field. Reason depends upon the ease and current scenarios.
A specialization improve a lot. So mechateknics will be the best option to choose.
Mechatronics is the study of mechanical and electronics.
It is the best field to choose as per current times. It also includes a combination of robotics, electronics, computer, and many other elements that are included in the course. This course on Mechatronics Engineering is very useful as it helps the student study/know more about robotics.
Following are the institutes that provides mechateonics course:
Check out this link for more detailed information: https://www.careers360.com/courses/mechatronics-engineering-course
Also, the rank varies every year so telling about a particular number is not fruitful.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you!!!!
Hello,
Both offer great lecturers and great course alternatives for students, in my opinion. We may now go on to other variables because they are of a comparable quality, including placements, average CTC, exposure, etc.
Although placements are typically favourable, the income offered varies slightly across the two campaigns. For CS, ECE, and AI placement, I think Amrita is best.
Third, Amrita University offers a median wage (CTC) of around 5LPA, which is more than that of other colleges and nearly on par with what IT companies normally pay.
I heartily recommend applying to Amrita University.
Thank You
Hey Venkatesh
Yes it is possible to do different courses in Btech and Mtech, you can even change branch also.
For example: Even though if you're pursuing mechanic engineering in Btech ,you can study for CSE(AI) in Mtech level. It is completely depends on your interest.
