Yes. A Candidate who has a domicile of a particular State is eligible to participate in both All India and State Counsellings of that State. For example, in your case, even if you Gujarat domicile, you can participate in Gujarat State Counselling and All India Counselling for 15% of MBBS

Hello Aspirant,

Some students are expert in coding and they like doing it. JEE Main exam comprises of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. These three subjects are completely unrelated to programming language. Those students might have failed in JEE as their expertise lies in programming which was not the deciding factor

Aligarh Muslim University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are independent autonomous institutions and no way linked to each other.
So, you can't get transferred from one to other.
Your only option is to drop the current year and take admission next session in JNU as a fresh candidate.

You can take part in 2nd round councelling only when you do a councelling in 1 round. This may happens that you don't take college even after college is alloted for you.
