No you can get admission in any other college if you want . Preferred college list is tentative it is made to make work easy the system will check your prferences first if your rank matches the cut off of the colleges in the preferred list.Wait for the result

Its not neccessary to get an admission in same college from the preferred college list in the registration form. It all depends on the percentile you score  in the exam. Try to score at least above 90 percentile to get a good admission in good college.

With your percentile it's really difficult to get a chance in JBIMS Mumbai because only few seats are available for ATMA and you need to get at least 97-98 percentile (in OBC category) to get them.
