i had a appendix surgery in 2015. i am studying aeronautical engineering 3rd year..so i want to appear for the AFCAT exam this year in September. Can I be eligible for airforce as i went through the surgery long back that is in 2015??

As long as your past medical history doesn't affect your overall performance on the function of that part, you are considered fit. Unfortunately you are not eligible for IAF AFCAT.

There is no post for candidates holding Diploma degree in Indian air force.For joining any post in Indian Air Force, one must possess a minimum of 60% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level. And a Graduation with

if you clear the airforce group x or group y exam then there is a 50% chance to get the job because clearing the written exam will not provide you the job it only allows a candidate to go for next level which is the physical fitness
