To join flying branch in Indian Air Force first thing is you need to be from science background with minimum 60% marks in physics and mathematics in class 12. One should pursue his/her bachelor's degree /post graduation degree from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks.

If you are having reservation under PwD category then hopefully these marks are sufficient to get you a seat in IIT, otherwise for general category it is difficult to get there.
But you can surely try for other institutions which you have stated above.
