You do not have a high enough AIR rank, but with your category rank in NEET UG, you have a fair chance at getting into the MBBS and BDS Colleges in Tamil Nadu via the State Quota Seats (85%) but a low chance with the All India Quota

Those are adequate marks to get admission in a government college. You actually are eligible to get seat in AIQ counseling. But if you're sure you are getting a good seat in State quota, you needn't go for AIQ counseling because they have around 15 seats in a college

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category
In 2019 , an all india rank of 68388 corresponding to 470 marks was the lowest marks that got a government quota seat in Father Muller
First of all, your AIQ rank is decided from your AIR rank. And generally, ranks upto 20,000 in AIR get government seats. Other than that even under a reserved category marks more than 450 are needed according to the 2020 cut offs for government colleges that you could check
As per last years cutoff, you have fair chances of getting a government medical seat using state quota. Considering that you satisfy all the eligibility criteria for state quota, i will list some of the colleges you might get based on your score.
