mam I have got 108000 air in neet and I belong to bca .can I apply to counselling for 15% all India quota reservation. is there any possibilities to get a seat in government or private college in other states ?

First of all, your AIQ rank is decided from your AIR rank. And generally, ranks upto 20,000 in AIR get government seats. Other than that even under a reserved category marks more than 450 are needed according to the 2020 cut offs for government colleges that you could check here:

So unfortunately I don't think you stand a very strong chance of admission even under a reserved category.
