I am sorry to tell you but since your General rank will be considered during counselling, I don't think you have any chance of getting AKGEC or KIET Ghaziabad. Both of these are one of the top institutes affiliated to AKTU. You should apply for ABESEC, ABESIT instead.

If you're asking about AKGEC, Ghaziabad, then I would recommend you to take CSE if you have any chance because most of the companies that visit the college are IT based companies and recruit most of the cse/IT students. Placements for ece is lesser when compared to CSE.
