Hi aspirant, It should not be All India rather it should be your home state or Uttar Pradesh Home state quota. But if it is like this only than it signifies one thing that you may have made any mistake while filling the form or anything else such as your documents including your marksheet belong to other state or any document you haven't submitted these are some possible reason for this cause so first verify all the necessary steps and then proceed further.

Since this activity will be performed for the first time in 2021,we can't predict the exact score for a particular college. Rest you can check on upsee.nic.in. For 400+ marks in general category in Upsee entrance exam the predicted rank would be between 1000 -7000. In this rank range you might get a government college in the last round of counselling according to the previous year cutoff but cutoff changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination.

See admission will be done on the basis of your rank which would be secured by you in an examination. If you belongs to General category or any unreserved category then a single rank will be alloted to you but if you belongs to any of the reserved category like OBC-NCL, SC/ST and so in then you will be alloted two ranks one will be Common Rank and other will be your respective category rank. So the seat will be alloted to you on the basis of your category rank if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
