AIBE (13th ) which was held on 23rd of deceber 2018 results are expected to come out in the month of january 2019 and the expected cutoff is 

general - 62.3%-75%

obc- 55.4%-60%

sc-  44.9%-50%

st- 44.9%-50%

 nothing will happen if you (or do not pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) within two years of enrollment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council. The only downside is that you will not be entitled to practice law in Indian courts.

Without the Admit Card of AIBE 2019 XIII, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the law examination in any circumstances.

So contact AIBE as soon as possible to resolve this.

If you are able to download the admit card and all the details are correctly printed in it, then yes you application status is complete and you are eligible for the exam. I beliee there are some server issues as many candidates are facing problem with the admit card.
