Youcan modify or change your mistake before the release of admit card. In case you have entered any wrong information or uploaded a wrong document, Kindly get it rectified by mailing  the correction along with your registration number on aibe.bci@gmail.com , before the release of admit card.

I suppose there is some server issue as many candidates are facing this same issue. You are suggested to keep trying to download the admit card till the end of the day. Even then if the same problem persists then you will have to contact them via customer care
