Hi Arifa,
The security refund has been started which was paid during All India Counselling for NEET 2020. You can visit the website of MCC Counselling for undergraduate courses.
Information related to refund has already been published on website. Student roll number with refund transaction details has been published on website recently. If your roll number is not in the list and you are eligible for refund, you can contact finance team
Hello Aspirant,
Candidates will know what college will be allotted based on NEET score when they attend the counselling process. If you had attended all AIQ NEET counselling rounds, you would have known your possibilities. Once the seat is allotted , the candidate is expected to report to the respective college. If you were not allotted any seat in any of the rounds , then you will surely get back your security deposit fee once the entire counselling process is over. For the refund process to start, you will have to wait till stray rounds are completed. It takes about 15 days after counselling for the refund to start. You contact NEET helpline and inquire about the same. The refund will made to same account from which the payment was made.
All the best

good luck
Your rank is good basis of general category. But you know this year cutoff marks is very higher than previous year infact total marks and getting marks for another students also higher. So it's difficult to predict which college you will get or not. But if you applied for AIQ and State quota counselling also then may be you can get government college in upcoming round. May be it's BDS or BAMS. Otherwise in this rank you can get private medical college in government quota. Don't feel disappointed there are mop up round present also so you can get definitely any government college. But which college you will get it can be difficult to predict. But I'll provide you a link you can check it.

Stay positive & keep on trying.
