All the best!
Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 1.4L rank approximately and considering you belong obc category quota and you want to get a MBBS government seat so let me tell you that it's a bit difficult to get this seat in the top colleges because their cut offs are far higher.
However, various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello.
Seats in only government, central, and deemed institutions are filled through 15% All India Quota through the All India counseling procedure. There are no private institutions listed on the MCC site for All India Counselling.
To take admission in private colleges, you must register with the respective state website and will be considered a part of 85% quota.

Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With marks you have provided I expect your All India Rank to be around 1 Lakh 10 Thousand.
----- Based on the 2020 NEET counseling for Government Veterinary Colleges your chances of getting seat in Government Veterinary College is very grim.
-----; Last year cut off for Government Veterinary Colleges for candidates from Unreserved Categories (including OBCs) closed at around 40k All India Rank, Barring few colleges where the cut off was around 65k.
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.

With 517 marks and OBC NCL Category the chances to secure seat in Patna Medical College seem tough if we go through previous year cut-offs, however through state quota of UP, you may have chances for private medical colleges such as
