Hello aspirant.
As you mentioned you want to take part in deemed dental colleges in Karnataka, but you are a Maharashtra domicile holder, you will have to take part in All India Counselling conducted by the MCC. To participate in All India Counselling for deemed universities, you need to register at the MCC site and pay INR 5000 (non refundable fee) as application fee and INR 200000 (refundable) as security deposit (For all categories) which will be adjusted in the tuition fee if a seat is allotted to you and you take admission in the college or will be refunded if no seat is allotted to you, after the counselling ends.
IN deemed colleges, 100% seats are reserved under the All India Quota and the cut off usually goes low for these (barring a few colleges such as KMC and HIMSR). However, if you wish to take admission in private dental colleges in Karnataka or government dental colleges, you will have to participate in Karnataka state counselling. Please note that you will be a part of 15% quota and can only participate through All India Counselling for government colleges as you are not Karnataka domiciled.
Hope you have understood the difference. All the best!

Hello,
Those students who have completed their MBBS from Foreign Medical Universities such as in Russia, Ukraine, Phillipines etc are called Foreign Medical Graduates or FMGs.
Foreign medical graduates (FMGs) and can apply for post-graduate degree seats in government-run colleges only under the ‘All India Quota' counseling. They aren't eligible for state quota counseling.
FMGs have to write a screening exam conducted by the National Medical Commission’s (NMC) formerly known as the Medical Council of India. Qualifying the foreign medical graduates’ examination (FMGE) exams conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE) is a prerequisite to apply for PG courses within the country as also to get licenses to practice as MBBS in India.
I hope you find the answer helpful
Thank you.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well.See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks.
For getting a government veterinary College through All India Counselling with SC category, one atleast needs to score 450 + and have a rank of under 1.5 lakhs as per previous years' cutoffs .
So, it doesn't seem possible for you to get a government veterinary College bit you can try for some private colleges of you wish to .
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category by the link given below :

See if you are seeking admission in colleges of Telangana then being a other state candidate you will only be eligible for B-category/private/management seats in medical colleges of Telangana. So you have to separately apply for the state quota counselling of Telangana not for the AIQ counselling.
