Hello,
Kudos on achieving an outstanding AIR 817 in NEET 2025! That’s an impressive accomplishment. In response to your question, if you enroll in AIIMS Bibinagar, you will be regarded as a central institute student rather than a Telangana state quota student, as AIIMS operates as an autonomous body under the central government. In Telangana, for NEET PG counselling, the local candidate status for government quota PG seats is based on where you studied MBBS and your residency/domicile status according to the regulations set by the Telangana state counselling authority (KNRUHS).
Typically, to qualify as a local for NEET PG under the Telangana quota, you must have completed your MBBS at a college associated with KNRUHS or Dr. NTRUHS, such as Gandhi Medical College.
Therefore, if you enroll at AIIMS Bibinagar, you might not qualify for the local quota of NEET PG in Telangana, since it is not affiliated with KNRUHS. You will, nonetheless, become qualified for the AIIMS internal quota in INICET for PG programs in all AIIMS institutions, which is an important benefit. If maintaining local quota eligibility in NEET PG Telangana is your goal, Gandhi Medical College would be a more secure option. However, if you consider INICET and central counselling alternatives, AIIMS Bibinagar provides a respected and well-equipped setting.
Hope this helps. All the best!
If you have entered the wrong 12th roll number in the final registration for AIIMS Paramedical, and the correction window has already closed, then unfortunately, you won’t be able to edit it now through the portal. However, this issue can often be resolved later during document verification or counselling if all your other details match and your original mark sheet is correct.
You should contact the AIIMS exam helpdesk or official email immediately and inform them about the mistake. Carry your original documents to the exam and later stages to prove your correct details. Many candidates with similar issues are allowed to proceed if their documents are valid.
Hello aspirant, Yes, you will be eligible. Maharashtra allows candidates who are domiciled in the state to apply for PG medical admissions under the state quota, even if they completed their MBBS from central institutes like AIIMS or through the All India Quota. As long as you have a valid domicile certificate and complete your MBBS and internship successfully, you can participate in Maharashtra state PG counselling. Just make sure to keep all your documents ready for verification during the PG admission process.
Hello!
With a score of 500 marks in NEET 2025. That’s a strong score, especially when combined with your SC category rank of 1300. You’ve also mentioned that your state domicile is Punjab, but since you're asking about All India Quota (AIQ), the state doesn’t matter for this counselling.Let’s focus on AIIMS Rishikesh. It is one of the newer AIIMS institutions, but still highly competitive. In previous years, the closing SC rank for AIIMS Rishikesh under All India Quota has been between 1000 to 1500, depending on category and availability. So with a SC rank of 1300, you are right on the edge. You might get it in the second round or mop-up round if seats remain or if other candidates withdraw.
Make sure to fill AIIMS Rishikesh as a top choice in your MCC counselling ,also consider including AIIMS Bathinda, AIIMS Gorakhpur, AIIMS Raebareli, etc., as they sometimes have slightly lower cut-offs.
Wishing you all the best for your counselling journey, and thank you for asking!
Aspirants preparing to take the AIIMS paramedical exam should be aware with the AIIMS paramedical syllabus 2025. The cornerstone of success is the AIIMS paramedical curriculum. Sure! So hey, quick update — yes, the AIIMS MSc Nursing 2023 question paper is definitely out there. While AIIMS doesn’t officially upload past papers, many students and coaching centers have shared memory-based versions of it, and those are super helpful. The paper had 90 questions, all MCQs, and you get 90 minutes to solve them. It follows the usual marking system — +1 for every correct answer and -1/3 for every wrong one.
The paper mostly covered core nursing subjects like medical-surgical, community health, pediatrics, mental health nursing, and a little bit of general aptitude. A lot of students said the 2023 paper was moderate in difficulty — not too hard, but definitely not something you can wing without prep. It's great to practice with it if you’re planning to appear soon, because some question patterns do repeat or stay similar year after year.
hi,
B.Sc. Nursing, freshers can apply for the AIIMS Nursing Officer exam, also called NORCET. If you have a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing degree and you are registered as a Nurse and Midwife, you can apply even without work experience. xperience is only needed for diploma holders like GNM, but not for B.Sc. Nursing graduates.
