As you have 57.40% in RBSE 12th board, you'll be not eligible for AIIMS 2020 as the combined percentage of English+Physics+Chemistry+Biology should 60% for OBC as per eligibility and for NEET, minimum combined percentage of PCB should be 40%. You can improve your marks by giving RBSE Improvement

AIIMS MBBS 2019 was conducted in two shifts each on May 25 and 26, 2019. This year, a total of 3,38,457 students comprising of 1,57,488 females, 1,80,934 males and 35 transgenders competed for 1207 AIIMS MBBS seats across India.

There may be some technical error on AIIMS website for which either you can wait for several minutes, then try downloading the offer letter or you may contact to AIIMS officials. Many of the students found the same problem but has been resolved now.

Pass certificate is a document that is issued by the Institute which you had attended for matriculation and intermediate .Its important to have  the certificate issued by your Institute as it's required in many places.
