It is not possible even with SC category to get admission into any AIIMS with this rank. According to previous year's data , the cutoff rank was 14195 for admission into AIIMS Patna. This was the lowest rank for SC across all AIIMS. Your rank has much difference

The clearing of cutoff marks do not guarantee you a seat in medical college. Seats are alloted on the basis of NEET rank. More is your marks , more are the chances to get a seat in medical colleges. And these are also not fixed , every year

See, you have got only 3% less for 60% in 12th boards but for AIIMS, an OBC candidate should have minimum aggregate of the marks in (english+physics+chemistry+biology) is 60%. So, why not give exam for any (one or two) of the subjects instead of all the subjects(12th again).
