According to previous years cut off ranks which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of applicants , level of difficulty of aiims this year etc etc, so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, cut off rank for general category last year

With AIR 1693 and belonging to UR, the chances are low as the last year's cut off was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Mangalagiri but the difference is quite less with your and cut off ranks which might give you some hope as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced

As far as I know When the aiims result was out if your percentile was above the cutoff percentile for AIIMS your roll and your percentile would have been displayed on the list but if it wasnt there it is because you did not cross the cutoff percentile.
