With AIR 843 and belonging to UR, the chances are great  you as the last year's cut off was AIR 846 for AIIMS Mangalagiri. You might get Mangalagiri (in the 1st round) / Raipur / Patna / Nagpur (in the 2nd) as per the last year pattern(might change).

With these marks it's not possible for you to get into AIIMS. Because the cut-offs for AIIMS is very high. The cut-off for AIIMS in general category goes as high as 1500 usually. Therefore for you to get in with a rank of 16000 is not possible. I

Aiims has a different set up for counselling. Generally they fill the seat depending upon the top rankers. Those students who have a higher rank have a good chance of getting a seat in different aiims. I won't say you will not get a seat but it's bit difficult.
