According to last year's notices during counselling, if a candidate who have joined any AIIMS in the earlier round of Seat Allocation/Counselling and registered themselves for the Open Round of Seat Allocation /counselling but do not surrender/resign in the respective AIIMS were also eligible for the Open Round.

You have no chance of getting into AIIMS this year since the cut off of AIIMS 2018 was 99.57 percentile for general category,97.4 percentile for obc and  94.1 percentile for SC /ST.Seeing the cut off trends you may estimate your Chances.
