For general category there are 600 seats available in aiims .At this rank you will not be able to get top aiims college .But you may get some which are not generally sort after .As

Yes you have fair chances of getting admission in AIIMS but not AIIMS Delhi.  If you are from general category then it might be little tough for you but still you have good chances.
