Dear Deepthi
According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 24045(ST) and ST Category rank 111 at AIIMS Patna which clearly tells you the whole scenerio as you are very far from a seat in any of the AIIMS because you rank is in lakhs and there are only 87 seats reserved for ST(irrespective of belonging to Telangana).
