Yes buddy, an overall rank of 1 in AIIMS 2019 in the category of UR-PH will definitely land you into AIIMS Delhi without any doubts. Although the seats through UR-PH category is quite less but with AIR 1, you are definite to make the cut.

OBC: 99.940

Both colleges AIIMS BHUBANESWAR and IMS BHU are pretty good.

But internships are less hectic than AIIMS BBSR, being upgraded to AIIMS like institute and opening up two new hospitals alongside, the ssh and trauma centre, IMS BHU is definitely has a better spot than AIIMS BHUBANESWAR.
