And the conditions here you will need alot alot and alot of practise,I mean an exceptional level of practise one done by the toppers.

Getting,190 in AIIMS is rare,but,yes It is also not impossible.

Any candidate is eligible to sit in AIIMS entrance exam and NEET examination if he/she has passed out class 12th board exam or any other exam equivalent to it from some recognized board or university. Candidates appearing for these exams are also eligible to take the entrance exam.

Yes ,the  syllabus of Neet and AIIMS is same and the test for distribution of both the seats is same that is need previously AIIMS was the another exam but now neet and AIIMS are only one exams MBBS.

Yes, You are eligible for NEET and AIIMS as you have to just pass the 10+2 with a recognized board as CBSE is a well-recognized board so whether you belong to private or government school it doesn't matter. Do start your preparation.
