Sorry to say if you have failed to register for AIIMS this year, then you need to try the next time that is during last weeks of DEcember 2019 when the new application process for session 2020 will start . There is no other way to register for this year

provide opertunity to complete the final registration and RUC code generation 

Re-opened the window from 19 March to 25 March 2019 upto 5 PM only

Use this opertunity withiut fail .

What I understood from your question is you got a 59.6% in your 12 boards but rounding off it comes 60. Am I right?

I guess NT category stands for nomadic tribes and you come under OBC Category at a National Level. There is no NT a category for AIIMS admission.
