The exam conducting authority will provide the correction facility which can be done through online mode. 

You have to log in on the official website for correction. Then you can edit and re-uploaded the images as per the given specification by the authority.

if you have not recieved a final status update through AIIMS for your application number try refreshing your email & checking because that is only possible if the registeration has not been done properly .

since the date for basic registeration is till 14th january try registering again or
