There is no trend for cutoff that follows the same every year,It varies depending on various factors.
For an OBC Candidate minimum Qualifying cutoff percentile is 45%.

No,You cant appear for AIIMS. The students who have completed their +2 in PCB i.e Physics,Chemistry & Biology are only eligible to attempt the AIIMS exam.
AIIMS is an entrance exam given by students who aspire to get into medical field, But you are a student of Maths
