NEET and AIIMS are separate exams. Your score in either doesn't determine your eligibility for the other test. If you fulfill the criteria in the prospectus then you can definitely write the exam.

The eligibility criteria for an OBC category student for taking the AIIMS entrance is that you need to pass PCBE individually. And your minimum aggregate of PCBE should be atleast 60% in your 12th boards. So I think you are eligible to attempt AIIMS if your aggregate is
