According to last year statistics it is unlikely for you to get a seat in AIIMS.

HOWEVER YOU CAN TRY FOR THE COUNSELLING

Counselling call letter release- 4th wk of June, 2018

1st round of counselling- 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th July, 2018

2nd round of counselling- 2nd August, 2018

3rd round of counselling- 4th September, 2018

Open counselling- 27th September, 2018

Cutoffs are lowest scores which you need to get to enter a college . But the admissions are usulusu at a higher rank. Sorry to say but these is no chance of getting a seat below cutoff .

Yes you can definitely withdraw from the college alloted to you through neet if u get a seat in the aiims counselling .

Aiims is a brand tag . Where as BSA belongs to IPU university delhi where you may get reservation for PG seats as well as good Chances of preparing for the same.. choose wisely.
