If it was your gen rank then you had good chances.
I think,you will be a little short with your rank for AIIMS.

75 percentage means u scored three fourth of th marks . Aiims paper being of 200 marks you have scored 150 marks as per the information provided by you
The cutoff varies year to year but a score of more than 150 around can be the safest score to get admission in AIIMS Delhi.

First round counselling for AIIMS 2018 will be held on July 3,4,5 and 6.AIIMS MBBS counselling for all nine AIIMS will take place at AIIMS,new delhi at j.l auditorium.i hope this information helps you.
