Sorry to say but you are not eligible for MBBS from AIIMS with this percentile. You rank is not good enough to secure admission in MBBS From AIIMS. You will have to work harder.

There is no process for recheck as the exam is conducted online and there is there is no chance of error like that may be there is case of scanning OMR sheets in NEET.
However even so if you are confident that some unethical or wrong results have been given

Other Regional AIIMS- Yes ! The selection generally occurs based on location. People from North generally choose Jodhpur, Rishikesh
South- Bhubaneswar, Bhopal
So these institutes might not have vacant seats till your turn comes
However, you may get Patna, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur
