According to 2018 AIIMS data, someone scoring 94 percentile will have a rank of about 20k. For marks one needs to open his rank card for individual scores.

Yes documents verification takes place for admission in AIIMS admission 

all selected candidates are called rankwise and document verification is done (they give tags to your documents : pink - if they have a query about your documents and blue : if they are satisfied).

for physics, DC Pandey is a good option and also NCERT physics book. also HC Verma a good option for learning physics.
