You can also apply for AIIMS 2019, There is no such kind of restriction
Àiims criteria requires 60% marks in board exams for general and OBC category . So unfortunately you don't qualify the initial criteria unless you are from SC/ST/PH category where the criteria is 50%

The application to register for the AIIMS entrance exam to be conducted in 2019 would come around the month of February. It will be conducted in the last week of May. And the results will be out in June according to previous year trends. You can apply for it
you cna check your obc doccuments by yourself only. or if you have any doubt that they did noyt mentioned yuor category correctly then you can visit the university where the doccumenent verification is going. all the best.
