See previous year it was around 140 marks in general category !!

 phy was probably very tough which hinders the statistics by 4 to 5 less marks !!

Thus according to me the cut off should be around 138 this year !!

You are on the edge of being eligible for aiims as The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%. So it's quite tough to say .

According to the AIIMS MBBS eligibility criteria, you should score 60% in 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subject (general and OBC candidate) and for SC/ST/OPH- 50%
