Hey

No there is no scholarship for AIIMS. Already the fees is very very including the hostel fees. You don't have to worry about anything else.
I guess you just have to deposit around Rs. 5896 and you are done

Yes. 146 will be sufficient score for admission in AIIMS delhi
Moreover 105+ score is sufficient for taking adm. In any of 7 AIIMS colleges in india

Of course it is!
In order to do so you will first have to get an MBBS degree(. 5.5 yrs), then an MS in General Surgery(3yrs) followed by an MCh in Neurosurgery(6yrs).

Aiims grants admission through its own entranve test named aiims ug entrance test and not through neet. For aiims delhi the cutoff for general catagory is air 50 and it hardly shifts in the 2nd round.

NCERTs are the most important books for any UG
medical exam.
Biology
Almost every single question in AllMS entrance is
a direct line from NCERT. Read thoroughly. See all
the diagrams, tables, charts. After you are done with
NCERTs, "Master the NCERT by Arihant' is a good
book to solve
