As per the eligibility criteria for NEET and AIIMS for 2018, the minimum age of candidate should be 17 years. The candidates born before or on 1st January 2002 are not eligible. Considering your date of birth, you are eligible for NEET and AIIMS from 2017.

The cutoff depends on the difficulty of the paper which varies each year, so, it would be meaningless to state the cutoff marks. What matters is the rank.
As per the AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2018, candidates belonging to General Category requires to score at least 50% marks in the Entrance

The paper will be provided for rough work at the time of exam. Calculators were not provided upto last year. And any instructions about calculator is not provided yet for AIIMS 2018.
