According to the criteria of qualifying exams the candidates should persive 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized Board. AIIMS and JEE both are one of the competitive level exam.
Lot of dedication and hard work is required to crack both the exams.
You can't compare both the exams based on difficulty level it's totally depends on the student which He/She finds easy to crack based on subjects.
