Since AIIMS has come under ambit of NEET (National Eligiblity Cum Entrance Test), the list of important documents will be the same for getting admission. Once a seat will be allotted through NEET , you have to report at the designated college to complete the admission formalities. While
This is quite difficult to tell the marks as they dont release it but tentatively being an obc candidate better to get 150+ as this would be the safest score to get admission in AIIMS Delhi.

The marks required to get an admission is unpredictable as it depends upon the cut off of that particular college. And cut off changes every year. But you can get an rough idea with previous year cut off. The details regarding cut off are provided on the link
For aiims examination I would like to recommend you to please clear your all concepts of11th and 12the boards if you are clear in all your this concept you are half done now just try solving mcqs containing assertions and reasoning questions about the three subjects that is the physics
