Hello Dibyankar
Yes you are eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS entrance exam.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates applying for AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, need to score at least 60% in PCBE (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English) together in 10+2.
So, if you have scored 62% in class 12th, and have passed in all the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually, then you are eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS entrance exam.
Hope it answers your query.
All the best for exam!
