How can i apply for post basic bsc nursing admission?

Hello dear student !
Post Basic BSc Nursing is ,basically, a broad based education aimed to build upon the skills which are acquired at the diploma in nursing level. It is specifically meant to the upgrading of critical thinking skills, competencies as well as the standards required for practice of professional nursing and midwifery.
For applying to these courses, you need to be done Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) having 10+2 with three years Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a minimum of two years of experience (after registration as RNRM) in the profession. (For male nurses who have not done midwifery in the GNM programme, should have a certificate in any of the Nursing courses of 6-9 months duration prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council in lieu of midwifery) . There are so many colleges in India which offers the same course such as CMC Vellore, PGIMER Chandigarh, etc. You can apply to these colleges. There are so many books form where you can prepare for the entrance exams kf the colleges and these books you can buy from any famous shopping apps.

To be eligible for AIIMS B.sc Nirsing, you should have completed your 12th from a recognised board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 55% in your 12th. Registration for AIIMS Nursing Examination is divided in two categories. One is Basic Registration and another is Final Registration. Those who have done their basic registration are eligible for Final registration. Once you have done your basic registration, you can use it for lifetime or in other words, your profile has been created. After the completion of basic registration, the eligible candidates will be provided with a Registration Unique Code which will be later used for final registration process.

The syllabus of AIIMS Bsc Nursing 2020 includes Physics, Chemistry, Biology which you have studied in your +2 and General Knowledge. Follow NCERTs thoroughly. Keep yourself updated with the current affairs. Questions from Science, History, General policy, Geography, scientific research, Culture, current affairs are come in GK section.

The dates of AIIMS nursing basic registration 2020 for BSc and MSc courses were  till January 31.
I hope you have completed the basic registration for B.Sc course. If it is showing M.Sc, you might have mistakenly filled the form for M.Sc.
Since the basic registration has been completed, I hope you have submitted the form for B.Sc course only.

Yes you are eligibile to fill the form of AIIMS nursing, through which AIIMS Nursing admission will be given. So you can apply for this course when your are in 12th.

Hi Arim

You have tagged aiims nursing in your question but there's no application form for nursing for those who are in class 11 , to be eligible for aiims bsc nursing it's mandatory that you should be either appearing for class 12th board examination or should have passed it . Aiims eligiblity criteria says that to be eligible for Aiims bsc nursing  you must passed 10+2 with  English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects with  minimum aggregate mark of 55% if you belong toGen/OBC or  50% in case of SCs/STs category candidates
Now, since you are in class 11 only , so you are not eligible for it as to be eligible for aiims bsc nursing

yes male and female both candidates are eligible for Bsc( Hons ) nursing course.All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi has started AIIMS Nursing 2020 application form for BSc & MSc courses. Candidates can apply for AIIMS BSc & MSc nursing 2020 till January 16.

the eligibility criteria for AIIMS  Bsc (H) nursing -

  • Candidates must have passed class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board of any Indian State
  • They must have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects and secured a minimum aggregate mark of 55% for Gen/OBC candidates and 50% in case of SCs/STs category candidates
