Yes, you can get admission in any of the undergraduate courses offered in foreign universities. However, in order to get admissions abroad you will need to appear foe certain standardised international examinations like American College Testing (ACT) or SAT and Test of English as a Foriegn Language

You can get admission in nit kurukshtetra with electrical engineering
You can also get admission in all nit except Delhi & calicut for electrical and electronics engineering
