I got 110 in aee exam can you predict my rank and with this mark how much I have fee I have to pay in amrita Amritapuri campus for electronic and communication engineering

Atul Singh 29th Jun, 2021

Dear student,

According to your score your rank should be around 12K and if you are from state other than Tamil Nadu then you won't get any seat here for that score but if you are from Tamil Nadu then easily you can get ECE here.

Fees of this University vary year to year, fee paid by the student is in four round type of scholarship program like Slab 1, Slab 2, Slab 3 and regular.  Here I'm going to discuss the fee structure for every round only for ECE for Amritapuri campus.

1- Slab 1

Scholarship fee = 1,00,000

2- Slab 2

Scholarship fee = 1,50,000

3- Slab 3

Scholarship fee = 1,75,000

4- Regular fee = 2,25,000

You also have to pay some extra amount if you choose hostel also like 89K for the newly admitted student ( according to the data of 2019-20 ).

hope this will help you, Best of Luck!!!

How much mark should i score in Amrita entrance exam 2021 to get admission in amrita Amritapuri for electronic and communication engineering and I have state quota as well

Sharon Rose Student Expert 27th Jun, 2021

Hello,

It is quite difficult to indicate the exact score with which you have chances of getting seat in Electronics and Communication Engineering in Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri, it is because the cut off changes every year and the marks vs rank trend changes every year. In 2017 the cut off was 19408 for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in Amrita School of Engineering, Amritapuri under state quota, the latest cut off is not released by the officials. The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. To secure such rank you need to score minimum 120-130 marks or above in AEEE. This is an estimated score, the actual rank with the estimated score may vary.

Here is the link where you can find the cut off for AEEE

I scored 111 marks in AEEE phase 2 can I get cse in amrita coimbatore

Sharon Rose Student Expert 26th Jun, 2021

Hello,

It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank with the given score and to predict the chances of getting seat in Computer Science Engineering in Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. This is because the rank is determined based on the total number of candidates appeared, tie breakers, highest score etc. And the cut off rank changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats. Your rank is expected to be in between 8000-10000. The actual rank may vary, to know the actual rank you have to wait until rank list is published. In 2018 the cut off for admission to CSE in Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore was 1813 for other state and 13801 for home state candidate. If you come under home state category you have chances of getting seat in CSE. But this was the cut off in 2018, the latest cut off is not available officially.  As said earlier the cut off rank changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats. I got 115 marks in AEEE,CAN I GET seat in amrita coimbatore, or amritapuri,I am not from Tamilnadu or Kerala

Atul Singh 26th Jun, 2021

Dear student,

There is only bit chance that you will get any seat here just because of the state quota, they prefer their home state students other than any one, you've scored nice but it would be more beneficial if you were from Tamil Nadu. For the score of 115, your rank should be around 7k and to get lowest seat in Amrita your rank should be around 5k atleast in open state.

If you really interested in Amrita then you can go with the admission through management quota, they might ask you for the donation to get any seat here but donation fee is only high in CSE like branches only.

Best Of Luck!!!

I scored 63 marks in aee phase 2 can u predict my rank and is there any separate rank list for students who have state quota and I have state quota too and can u tell how much mark is required to get admission in amrita Amritapuri for electronic and communication engineering

Atul Singh 26th Jun, 2021

Dear Aspirant,

For the score of 63 your rank should be around 50k, and yes there is a separate rank list and admission quota for the students of Tamil Nadu, they would be more beneficial to take admission in Amrita.

As you have state quota still you won't get any seat here not even electrical/mechanical because of your low score, you need atleast 80 to get any seat here.

Cutoff for the ECE is around 18.5k or the score of something 90 to get admission here, now either you can take admission in other colleges or take admission in Amrita by giving donation and you can easily get ECE by donation. You can also appear in the 3rd phase to improve your score or wait for the year, now its totally up to you.

Best of Luck!!!

i got 108 in aee phase 1 and i have state quota is there any chance to get seat in Amrita Amritapuri with scholarship fee electronic and communication engineering

saketm.ip.18 25th Jun, 2021

Hi aspirant

AEE does not release marks vs rank. The rank will be decided on a lot of factors. These are given below:

  • The admission examination's difficulty level.
  • The year before Trends in AEEE cutoffs.
  • The total number of applicants.
  • The total number of pupils who are available.
  • The number of seats available in the institute.

TO get electronics and communication engineering with state quota, you need to have a rank of around 19000 - 20000.

Below I am attaching a link for your reference

Scholarships will be awarded on the following basis:

1. Merit - Merit will always play a significant role in scholarship selection. Top students from any of the schools will be considered for scholarships, while the specific amount and number of scholarships awarded will vary depending on the academic school or department. To be considered for the scholarship, students must show documentation of their academic and scholarly achievements. The percentile of students who receive the scholarship is determined by the school and field of study.

2. Socially Backward Communities - The University is committed to affirmative action for underrepresented groups such as OBCs, SCs, and STs, as well as other groups recognized by the Indian government. Every year, a specific number of these groups will earn scholarships.

3. Special Disadvantaged Group - Women, people with disabilities, and others are among these categories. These groups will be treated equally and will not face any discrimination when it comes to scholarship chances.

Hope this helps

How many seats are available at all Amrita Campuses for BTech CSE for academic year 2021-22?

Aditya 25th Jun, 2021

Hi aspirant,

Computer science and engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has high demand among students but getting a seat at either campuses is tough due to low in takes. As per the official details, on average there are 300-350 CSE seats available at all six campus totalling near 2000. About twenty percent of these are reserved for management quota. Another five percent is secured for locals under state quota.

Hope it helps!!

I got 110 in aee is there any chance to get admission in amrita Amritapuri with scholarship fees for electronic and communication engineering

Aditya 25th Jun, 2021

Hi aspirant,

The Amritapuri campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is the second most demanded place for the candidates during counseling, thus having high cutoffs. With the mentioned marks you can expect a rank between 5k-6k that should be sufficient to fetch you an ECE seat at Amritapuri. There is a very low chance that you may find yourself in scholarship category as it is only available for only  top 25 percent Students that includes ones from State quota.

You can appeared for the third phase of AEEE to boost up your chances by performing better.

Hope it helps!!

Hi.. I could not write my telangana board 11th class exams last year as I have fallen sick. Now the telangana board had canceled the 12 board exams and probably will give pass marks to me. I have got good scores in Vit, Mit and aeee. Will I be given admission in these institutes?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 25th Jun, 2021

The eligibility criteria for the college you have mentioned is that you should have atleast 50% in your 10+2 with PCB/PCM combination depending on your course. Thus you don't have to worry about it, if you have good ranks in the entrances and if you get >50% then you will get admission depending on your rank in the colleges you mentioned.

When will met 2021 results come and counselling start ,also when will class commence. Please I dont need a abstract philosophical answer.I need your views. At least tell a expected date.I got 143 /240 will I get cse in Mit

Rohit K Bhat 25th Jun, 2021

Greetings dear aspirant

Firstly, congrats on successful completion of your MET exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With 143/240, its not possible to get CSE or IT branch in their main campus, i.e. Manipal as there is a huge competition for these seats. The cut-off of CSE branch at Manipal campus was 781 in the year 2020. You can try applying for other branches in Manipal campus like Mechanical, Biotechnology, etc. Also, you can try for branches like CSE, IT, ECE, etc in their Jaipur and Sikkim campuses. Just apply to their counselling process and as it is conducted in different rounds, your chances of securing a seat increases.

You can have a look at the cut-off trends from the above link.

Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!

All the best for your future endeavours
