The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. Getting a CSE seat is becoming really hard these days because of the huge demand.
According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 15000-20000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year). For open state quota previous (2017) closing rank for CSE was 1813. So there aren't any chances according to this. You can try applying for CSE in their Amritapuri campus. With this can rank, you can try securing seats in their Bangalore or Amritapuri campuses. Just apply to their counseling process and know the exact cutoff. You can check your registered Email ID and phone number to retrieve your application number. The application number after submitting the application will be sent to the registered Email ID and phone number. If you have saved the application form you can open it and check the application number.
If you haven't appeared for AEEE 2021 phase 1 exam you can appear for AEEE 2021 phase 2 entrance exam without paying any additional fee. The application fee that you have paid in phase 1 will be carried forward for phase 2. You just need to book the slot for phase 2 without fail which is going to conducted June 11, 2021 to June 14, 2021. Due to the Corona pandemic the CBT mode has been cancelled not the candidates has to select Remote Proctored Mode to appear for AEEE 2021 Phase 2. So, you have to change the mode to ORPE (Online Remote Proctored Exam) mode and book a slot for phase and download the hall ticket. The last date to submit willingness for Phase 2 is June 5, 2021 and the slot booking for phase 2 can be done on June 7, 2021.

Do you have SAT subject scores? And by the way, did you apply for IIIT hyderabad with SAT score. You have fair chances there.

Amrita Vishwa vidyapeetham has released AEEE 21 examination pattern and the date for phase 3. The examination is of total 180 marks. Among that you get 103 marks which is a quite good marks.
However Amritaa viswa vidyapeetham, does not provide admission on the basis of of marks the provides admission on the basis of the rank. And the cutoff trend changes each and every year.that's why it is quite difficult to tell about the exact rank for which you can get your CSE or not.
As per the previous year cut off the rank was for home state Quota 16547.
