Under Amrita their are various branches and all branches have different-different cut off so first you have to decide that in college you want to get admission and college is also depend on your state because state quota is also their. According to your rank their are many colleges with best branches are available so go for the counseling.

The cutoff rank for Amrita university, Amritapuri for CSE branch compared to last year was 5,400 for other state students and around 10,000 for home state students. The cutoff rank for CSE in coimbatore was 2500 for other state students and around 7,000 for home state students.

If you are an other state student, due to the advantage of home state reservation it is tough for other students to get CSE branch.With your rank It may not be possible but you have chances og getting ECE branch.
