There is no minimum score requirement notified or published by Amrita University. Amrita offers various scholarships to students. A few of them are listed below:

1. Merit-based scholarships: it is self-explanatory, based on academic record you can apply for this scholarship. You need to have an exemplary academic record only then you will be eligible. Now the exact percentage or score is not known.
2. Another set of candidates that are offered scholarships are SC/ST/OBC/PWD.
3. Scholarships can be tuition fee waivers or stipend to cover expenses, health benefits, and so on

To know more about the scholarships scheme you need to contact the office directly. The scholarships form will also be provided by the university itself. any supporting documents need to be submitted along with the form. At first congratulations on such a great performance in the entrance test. Well it is quite difficult to predict your rank as it depends upon several factors such as number of candidates, difficulty level of questions and the moderation policy applied by the institution for various shifts. But on analysing the previous year trends for Rank vs marks, your rank could lie between 4-6k.

The options that you chose is very perfect, but as per institutions Amrita University is a renowned institution and better preference than Gitam University. But out if the topics that you have selected B.Tech in CSE is better than M.Sc in Data Science, however B.Tech degree would be easy for you to avail good placements. The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number if available seats, etc.

According to your mentioned marks and previous year trends, your rank might be in the range : 18500-25000 (this may or may not be accurate due to varying trends every year).

Though you have a low probability of getting CSE in Bangalore  campus.
