because only 15%seats are for other states..
my rank was 4532 in ts eamcet 2018 i didnt get seat in jntuh os osmania....cause 15%seats are for us in ts

I hope your mains rank doesn't help you in getting seats in government Engineering colleges in Andhra pradesh since they only consider EAMCET ranks but dont worry you can apply for some private Deemed universities like VIT,SRM and you can get fee waiver there.Good luck!!
