The final Admission to Engineering colleges depends on the EAMCET rank as well as Category. Your Category does not help you in getting better college. As per your Rank and Category you won't get admission in any University. But you will get some good private Colleges.
Cut off varies for college to college.like if you are aspiring for a top college the cut off will be bit higher .if you are aspiring for a average college cut off will be little low.
