thanks for asking your query as per rank in  ap eamcet you might not get any good government colleges because you have very low rank but as you have qualified the exam then you could go for the counselling but the branch alloted to you would not be

Hey Nagaraju, the ap eamcet counseling will be start from 3rd of july. As the Certificate verification will be start from 1st of july and ends on 7th july. And the counselling will start on 3rd of july. And counselling web option change will be available on 9th of july

If you are talking about VISHU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY then it's difficult to get CSE with 19190 rank until and unless you belong to some category. Because the last year closing rank for CSE was 14131.
